Terms of Use

Welcome to Slider Video. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Slider Video mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and any rules of the app store from which you downloaded it.

2. Your content

The videos you import and the videos you create with the App are yours. We claim no ownership over them. You are solely responsible for the content you process and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. Because the App processes your content on your device, we do not access, store, or moderate it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• create or distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or deceptive content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the App or the devices of others.

4. Our intellectual property

The App itself — including its software, design, name, logo, and branding — is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

5. App stores

Your download and use of the App is also subject to the terms of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Where those terms conflict with these Terms regarding your use of the store, the store's terms control for that purpose.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exports will meet every requirement of every platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or content, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
